Losing weight doesn’t have to cost you anything. There are cheap and free ways to lose weight that anyone can implement.

There’s no need to join a gym or buy expensive diet pills or invest in expensive equipment though a small investment initially will get you losing weight even faster.

Lets look first of all at a few small investments you may or may not decide to make (the choice is yours) then let’s fully answer the question “how can I lose weight fast for free?”.

Training Clothes -

If you haven’t got a decent pair of running shoes that will support and cushion your feet and ankles during exercise these may be a suitable outlay. Also some light, comfortable clothes that will “breathe” and so minimize how sweaty and uncomfortable you get during exercise may also be worthwhile getting your hands on.

I bought some shorts, 2 t-shirts, a sweatshirt and my trainers all at the same time in a discount store for little over $100 for the lot.

Exercise Equipment -

I’m not talking about stationary bikes or a complete weight lifting suite but rather just a few basics.

Some dumbbells and maybe a weight lifting bench (or just use your bed) are all you really need to get going.

Whether you opt for the above or not is up to you but as I’ve said if you’re looking to lose weight fast then these few bits of equipment will definitely speed up your results.

The first key to losing weight is a healthy diet and to be fair probably accounts for 75% of your success.

If you’re on a budget then there’s no need to spend money on expensive diet meals or meal replacement drinks but can instead focus your shopping and your eating habits on simple, inexpensive ingredients like fruit and vegetables, lean meats, pasta, noodles and rice.

In combination you will be able to create healthy wholesome meals that will enable you to lose weight fast without spending any more money than you normally would on your groceries.

Remember junk food and prepackaged meals tend to work out far more expensive than natural ingredients that can be prepared at home into meals.

Next comes the free exercises. To get the quickest results I suggest you run or cycle each morning for around half an hour before breakfast. Aim to do this at least 5 times a week - ideally every day for the fastest results.

Make it an ingrained part of your daily routine.

Then 2-3 times a week - in the evening - work out with your weights.

This too will help you lose weight fast, and should be done later in the day so that your body has plenty energy reserves available to make your workout as potent as possible.
